This research helped to determine psychosocial conditions and factors that affect the well-being, health and satisfaction of teachers, administrative and service personnel in technological higher education, thus programming a prevention plan that minimizes physiological and psychological problems, which affects the emotional state and interpersonal relationships. A qualitative methodology was applied that included documentary review of regulations and policies, for the diagnosis the psychosocial risk factors evaluation questionnaire of the Ministry of Labor applied to the educational community of two institutions of technological level was used; the results obtained allowed the identification of psychosocial dimensions of medium and high risk, showing that they are the cause for teachers to be victims of stress and workplace harassment, which results in their performance not being adequate in relation to institutional requirements; This allowed the development of a Psychosocial Risk Prevention Plan with strategies and activities for the improvement of working conditions that are affecting teachers of higher technological education.</p> <p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Psychosocial exposure, work stress, psychosocial factors, prevention of psychosocial risks</p> <p>References</p> <p>[1]C.
