This study conducts a systematic review of the literature on current trends in this type of education in Latin America. The aim is to understand progress in e-learning, digital skills, the promotion of entrepreneurship, labor market integration, and educational management models. The methodology included searching databases such as Scopus, SciELO, Dialnet, and Redalyc, covering studies from 2012 to 2024. The results reveal a significant transformation in technical and productive education, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, with improvements in digital skills but persistent digital divides that hinder digitization. Positive relationships were observed between technical training and the development of entrepreneurial skills, although challenges remain in management and coordination with higher education.
Dencyl Teofilo Marchan Cornejo Copyright (c) 2025 Dencyl Teofilo Marchan Cornejo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/996 Tue, 07 Oct 2025 20:38:08 +0000 Literature Review on e-invoicing and Tax Compliance https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/998
The article systematically reviews the scientific production on the relationship between electronic invoicing and tax compliance. Through the PRISMA approach, 12 studies selected in the Scopus database during March 2025 were analyzed, considering their thematic relevance, methodological robustness, and contextual diversity. The findings highlight that e-invoicing favors traceability, reduced fraud, and greater tax efficiency. However, significant barriers persist in their adoption, especially among micro and small enterprises, due to some technological limitations, costs, and institutional mistrust. Gaps are identified around taxpayer behavior, digital equity, and the sustainability of reforms. A future research agenda is proposed that considers mixed methodologies, longitudinal studies and inclusive policies that guarantee a fairer and more effective digital transformation of the tax system.

Hernan Duenas Caillahua, Jorge Miguel Chavez Diaz, Sonia Lida Romero Vela, Yeni Aburto Palomino Copyright (c) 2025 Hernan Duenas Caillahua, Jorge Miguel Chavez Diaz, Sonia Lida Romero Vela, Yeni Aburto Palomino https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/998 Sun, 26 Oct 2025 04:26:54 +0000 Implementation of BIM Modeling in the Construction Process of a Water Treatment Plant https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/999
This paper proposes the use of the BIM methodology as a mechanism to reduce costs and time in the implementation of civil, electrical, mechanical, and water treatment works. This systematic review, guided by PRISMA 2020 standards, examined 65 studies published between 2018 and 2024 to identify risk factors, manifestations of the problem, and effective intervention approaches. Findings indicate that individual variables such as low self-esteem,
impulsivity, and difficulties in emotional self-regulation interact with family dynamics marked by domestic violence and limited parental supervision, increasing the likelihood of aggressive behaviors. Negative school climate and community exposure to violent environments emerged as consistent predictors. The most frequently reported forms of school violence were verbal aggression, psychological violence, and cyberbullying. Effective interventions integrated socio-emotional education programs, school mediation, and sustained institutional policies. This study was a quantitative, non-experimental, and longitudinal investigation based on a bibliometric analysis using data indexed in Scopus. A total of 176 documents published between 2001 and 2023 were identified, whose metadata were processed using Bibliometrix and VOSviewer. The results showed a sustained increase in publications, with a greater contribution from developed countries, led by the United States in terms of number of articles, citations, and authors. In Latin America, limited production was observed. It was concluded that there is a growing diversity of approaches to evaluate online educational strategies; however, empirical evidence on their effectiveness in different contexts remains insufficient. The study provided an overview of the field and highlighted the need for context-based applied research in the region.
Jose Wilder Banda Peréz, Darwin Rocky Banda Sanchez, Tania Yasely Mendoza Banda Copyright (c) 2025 Jose Wilder Banda Peréz, Darwin Rocky Banda Sanchez, Tania Yasely Mendoza Banda https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/1016 Sat, 06 Dec 2025 23:21:44 +0000 Epistemological Foundations of Community Representation Management in the Mediation of Social Conflicts https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/1017
This study analyzed the relationship between community representation management and mediation in social conflicts, considering its impact on local governance. The findings showed that mediation processes were more effective when community representation was exercised in a participatory, transparent, and socially legitimate manner. Likewise, the intervention of public officials as mediators was found to strengthen institutional trust, provided that they demonstrated communicative skills, neutrality, and openness to dialogue. The results also revealed that, in contexts where vertical or directive practices prevailed, mediation lost its transformative capacity and tended to resolve only the surface of the conflict. In contrast, collaborative approaches promoted sustainable agreements and improvements in community cohesion. Based on these findings, the article highlights the need to consolidate management models that articulate participation, mediation, and social co-responsibility.}
Stefany Saldana Velasquez, Pedro Otoniel Morales Salazar Copyright (c) 2025 Stefany Saldana Velasquez, Pedro Otoniel Morales Salazar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/1017 Tue, 09 Dec 2025 03:12:47 +0000 Etymology of the Toponym Huancavelica through a Historical and Symbolic Approach https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/1018
Raul Eleazar Arias-Sanchez, Walter Mayhua-Matamoros, Braulio Melchor-Acevedo, Ronald Condori-Crisostomo Copyright (c) 2025 Raul Eleazar Arias-Sanchez, Walter Mayhua-Matamoros, Braulio Melchor-Acevedo, Ronald Condori-Crisostomo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/1018 Thu, 11 Dec 2025 05:23:02 +0000 Systematic Review on Heavy Metal Contamination of Agricultural Soils in Peru https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/1019
This study aimed to assess heavy metal contamination in agricultural soils of Peru, identify research gaps, and consolidate a scientific basis for future research lines. A systematic review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines, consulting five bibliographic databases, the Google Scholar search engine, and five artificial intelligence tools. A total of 49 documents were analyzed, with a higher number of studies concentrated in the central highlands and focused on crops such as cacao, potato, cereals, and vegetables. The presence of cadmium, lead, and arsenic exceeding national standards was identified. However, no studies were found applying sequential chemical speciation, bioavailability bioassays, or transport models, which limits a comprehensive understanding of environmental and health risks. In conclusion, it is necessary to incorporate complementary methodologies, strengthen environmental transparency, and promote coordination among academia, the state, and the productive sector to ensure agricultural sustainability and food security.
Samuel Pacheco-Marchan, Luis Bermejo, Nicole Vergara-Alfaro, Cristhofer Villar-Cruz, Alberto Ordinola-Zapata Copyright (c) 2025 Samuel Pacheco-Marchan, Luis Bermejo, Nicole Vergara-Alfaro, Cristhofer Villar-Cruz, Alberto Ordinola-Zapata https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es https://uctunexpo.autanabooks.com/index.php/uct/article/view/1019 Mon, 15 Dec 2025 03:29:29 +0000
