Will in Extreme Emergency: Philosophical-Legal Analysis and Proposal for Exceptional Regulation in Peruvian Law

In this paper, the philosophical and legal foundations that support the need to establish a special will applicable in situations of extreme emergency were identified. To this end, deductive, inductive and analytical methods were used, using interview and bibliographic analysis as techniques. The most significant finding reveals that the current regulatory framework considerably limits the possibility of granting a will in emergency contexts, mainly due to requirements such as the physical presence before a notary and the handwritten drafting of the act. These requirements represent barriers that prevent the expression of the last will. This affirms that there are solid foundations to implement a special testamentary form, therefore, it is proposed to replace traditional mechanisms with technological tools, such as digital signature and videoconferencing, that guarantee the validity and security of the testamentary act in critical scenarios.

Efficient financial management strategies to drive continuous improvement in small businesses in the industrial sector

This word examines the influence of efficient financial management on the continuous improvement of small industrial companies in the Cercado de Lima. Through an applied quantitative research approach, a structured observation form and a targeted survey were conducted with financial and operational managers of five selected companies. Statistical results reveal a significant correlation between financial optimization and the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma. It is concluded that a solid financial structure enables organizations to strategically plan, invest in key processes, and sustain improvement initiatives over time. As a contribution, a set of general guidelines is proposed to guide operational transformation based on financial stability.

Application of Kahoot Software in Primary Education Student Learning: A Systematic Review

The use of digital educational resources in the classroom represents an accessible and interactive opportunity to improve teaching-learning processes. The aim of this systematic review was to analyse the effects of using Kahoot! in primary school students. To this end, a bibliographic search was carried out in the Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed and Dimensions databases. We identified and evaluated 20 studies using the PRISMA literature review methodology. The results show that the use of this software can have positive effects on academic performance, in addition to promoting motivation, classroom dynamics and positive attitudes of both students and teachers. However, limitations associated with technical problems are also reported, such as the need for efficient connectivity and the lack of teacher training. These findings highlight the pedagogical potential of Kahoot! in primary education, while underlining the need for adequate technological conditions for its effective implementation.

Uso de la gamificación en la enseñanza de planes de negocio en estudiantes universitarios

This study investigated the use of gamification in teaching business plans in the Entrepreneurship course to undergraduate students at the State University of Southern Manabí. A mixed, descriptive, and non-experimental methodology was used, administering surveys to 50 students and 8 teachers. The results revealed difficulties in understanding key aspects of the business plan, but students displayed a positive attitude toward gamification, highlighting its ability to improve learning and increase motivation. In response, six gamified activities were designed using digital tools such as Google Classroom and Kahoot. The validation of these activities suggested improvements in the pedagogical design. In conclusion, gamification is presented as an effective tool for teaching business plans, although teacher training and technological infrastructure need to be improved for its successful implementation.

This influence has been evident in the education sector, more specifically in the field of research, a fundamental process for generating new knowledge. In this context, a literature review was conducted, focusing on the role of digital tools in scientific research within higher education institutions, as well as their potential to enhance these processes that are so relevant to the development of society. It was observed that scientific research within universities is adapting to the digital age and the use of technological tools. Finally, the importance of digital skills among teachers and students is highlighted to adapt to the new times and continue to promote research for the benefit of society.

Evaluation of the impact of financial auditing on economic, patrimonial and financial management of companies

This paper analyzes the influence of financial auditing on business stability. We worked with a quantitative, correlational-causal and non-experimental approach, surveying 100 people linked to the business and financial field. Statistical techniques such as Spearman's correlation and linear regression were applied, demonstrating that the financial audit has a significant and reasonable influence on the improvement of the business situation, providing reliable information for decision-making. The general hypothesis was supported by a correlation of 95.21% and a regression coefficient of 90.65%. It is concluded that, through the application of principles, standards, evaluation of internal control, audit programs and professional opinions, financial auditing provides key evidence that allows companies to strengthen their management and sustainability.

Public policies and human talent management in health establishments: a bibliographic analysis

In this work, the most relevant bibliographic advances on Public Policies on the management of human talent in health establishments were examined. Academic and scientific material from the Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO and Google Scholar databases of the last 5 years was used. The results revealed the persistence of problems in human resources and the deficiency of measures to address them. The need for the State to formulate flexible and innovative Public Policies that respond to the changing needs of the modern world, as well as to technological advances, to guarantee a more efficient and sustainable health service is confirmed.
