Abstract
Pharmaceutical product management is essential to the quality of healthcare, as it directly influences patient safety and therapeutic outcomes. This study presents a systematic review of pharmaceutical management models in healthcare facilities, examining their impact on medication availability, treatment adherence, and process efficiency. A total of 25 studies published between 2021 and 2025 in international databases were reviewed. The findings show that the most effective models integrate digital systems, continuous staff training, and quality standards, promoting the rational use of medicines and improved healthcare services.
