Abstract
This study analyzed the scientific literature on organizational design and administrative management in public universities indexed in academic databases. After initially identifying 282 documents and applying a two-stage selection process, fourteen articles published between 2020 and 2024 were analyzed in depth. Annual publication trends and geographical distribution were examined. The results reveal that publications were concentrated in 2022 and distributed across thirteen countries in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, with no country clearly leading the field. These findings confirm the need to strengthen Latin American research on university management.
