Abstract

Coaching has advantages such as the development of skills, analytical human talent, increased productivity in the organization, among others. The research analyzed the advantages of coaching applied to a model in the Cooperativa CACPE BIBLIÁN in Ecuador. The quantitative method of the Likert measurement scale was considered, surveys related to: communication, decision making and strategic results were carried out. Organizational communication is effective and timely, in decision making the staff is rigorous and analytical, and strategically It has improved its financial indexes and its participation is more efficient in the market.
