Abstract
In the present study, an economic model was applied to verify if the proposed topic "lipid profile analysis" is viable or not, in order to have a different perspective that guarantees the study proposed by the researchers, this, so that the research of the reliable sea avoiding time and money, both for the Sports Federation of Azuay research projects. The hypothesis is discussed that when performing a physical activity it helps to modulate the lipid profile improving the lifestyle of those who practice a sport. Lipids are a source of energy for the exercise that is performed. In each sport discipline different exercises are performed at a varied intensity, duration and frequency, therefore, the lipid profile may vary. The economic program Gretl was used, determining that the subject is viable and the research can be carried out in the SPSS version 22 program. The impact of cholesterol (HDL-C and LDL-C) and the factors that influence cardiovascular diseases were determined.
