Abstract

The project aims to design a patent registration system to seek the recognition of Nissan exicana as an innovative industry in the automotive production sector in the period September-December 2016 within Mexican Nissan A1, A2, Civac and PWT. For which an investigation is carried out before the IMPI (Mexican Institute of Industrial Property) to determine all the requirements that are needed, as well as the necessary process and characteristics to perform the patenting process. Take a first filter before registering with the institution in charge (IMPI), Create a fully automated database to save the information that in this case the information mentioned above leads to the registration of potential and non-potential projects but that still remains Registered in our system.
