Abstract

The research was carried out in an experimental inacral greenhouse for the control of humidity and water consumption, with the use of temperature, humidity, level sensors and a PLC through a Scada system. It was possible to establish manual and automatic humidity control in the required ranges and with a solenoid valve the tank filling is controlled with the minimum and maximum levels programmed. With the graphical interface (HMI) you can remotely control and monitor water consumption and humidity behavior. It is also possible to know the daily, weekly and monthly water consumption, as well as the level and volume of the water in the tank. The system contributed to the humanization of the work, improved the quality of the crop and facilitated the monitoring of water consumption by plants, the correct dosage and the rational use of this resource.
