Abstract

The research is based on Constitutional Law and the Right to Education, around the axis of educational innovation. The study has theoretical and analytical support on the main articles that support education, as well as the meso panorama from a Latin American perspective. The objective of the work was to develop an analysis of Constitutional Law and Educational Innovation. The investigative method was qualitative-descriptive, since the main differences of the problem were analyzed. In addition, it is immersed in a critical-propositional framework, since Constitutional Law was studied in a part, in an infraordinate way, and educational innovation with a focus on Information and Communication Technologies. Purposeful, because it determined an innovation program to be considered as a process alternative. The results indicated separately the importance of Constitutional Law on educational innovation and the preponderance of ICTs.
