Resumen
El tecnoestrés es un riesgo psicosocial emergente asociado a la adopción acelerada de tecnologías en el trabajo. Aunque su impacto en la salud mental ha sido documentado en el sector educativo, en Chile existe escasa evidencia en otros sectores laborales. En este estudio se examinó la relación entre tecnoestrés y salud mental (ansiedad, depresión y estrés) en 178 trabajadores chilenos, mediante un diseño transversal correlacional-predictivo. Se aplicaron la Escala de Factores Creadores de Tecnoestrés, RED-TIC y DASS-21, utilizando comparaciones de medias, correlaciones, análisis de redes y regresiones múltiples. Las diferencias sociodemográficas fueron limitadas, destacando mayor tecno-inseguridad en hombres y mayor tecno-intrusión en jóvenes y trabajadores a honorarios. Las manifestaciones del tecnoestrés mostraron asociaciones moderadas con la salud mental, superando a los factores creadores. La tecno-intrusión predijo distrés y el escepticismo tecnológico a la depresión. Se sugiere incorporar el tecnoestrés como riesgo psicosocial y explorar con más profundidad los mecanismos de mediación entre variables.
