Abstract

The present work carried out an analysis of the behavior of some variables such as communication and organizational culture in manufacturing microenterprises in the central area of the textile industry, since communication is currently a fundamental instrument to create an organizational culture since they are related and their importance within the organization. The objective of the research is to determine the significant impact that communication has, guided with an adequate organizational culture by its managers towards its collaborators. An exploratory, descriptive and quantitative study was applied. An instrument such as surveys of workers and administrative personnel of companies was used. A total of four factors are exposed in the structure of the article: a) global communication, b) organizational culture, c) business values and d) types of culture; the reliability of the instrument is 0.95, allowing the internal consistency of this measurement to be demonstrated. In the research findings it was found that communication is an effective channel to achieve employee collaboration even more if it is guided with rewards and recognition.
