Abstract
The evaluation of proficiency individual performance has converted in a necessity to the organizations that want to be the most effective, where the industry must be joined to the processes´ result and the company. The article´s objective is propose a process to design the three determinant levels for the evaluation: workstation, the processes and the organization. Like application, consequence is important design draws show the results and proficiency´s indicators, so double entry matrices to create a relation with them. In addition, the conditioning factors that contribute to the continuous improvement of each level are added.
