Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) leads to the understanding that ethics and morality are basic aspects that managers of organizations consider when using management methods in business work, in order to achieve that their human behavior be transferred to the company in a responsible and transparent way in front of society. The objective of the research is to determine how CSR is applied in human capital within banana companies, the method developed in the research is quantitative, the scope is descriptive and developed to learn about CSR practices in human capital The results indicate that managers consider communication to be fundamental in their companies, because employees and workers are free to express themselves (0.933) and are concerned about relations with the community and its environment (0.913). This article contains five sections, which cover criteria on the factors that evaluate CSR and are a) human talent, b) consumer, c) society and d) environment, a sample of 120 banana companies was used, the reliability analysis with the Alpha of Cronbach is 0.951 of the 25 items studied.
