Abstract
The digital transformation is redefining the skills and competencies people require to be active and relevant elements within the social and labor relations that are emerging today. The industry needs professional profiles that universities are not offering, and this gap has allowed the emergence of digital teaching platforms that, with shorter programs and constant interaction with the user, are changing traditional teaching. Universities are challenged to manage their future with greater dynamism and adaptability, which is why, in this paper, it is evident that universities can adopt some of the management approaches of startups and agile management to remain relevant within the current educational dynamics.
