Abstract
Business factors play an essential role in the development and growth of organizations. This work is focused on identifying the factors that influence the environmental innovation of Ecuadorian banana companies, the method used is quantitative of a descriptive type, and the confidence analysis was carried out in Cronbach's Alpha of 0.981 to the instrument made up of 19 questions in Scale Likert. The results show a high relationship p> 0.8 between the degrees of knowledge of business factors in banana companies to develop activities that reduce environmental impact.
