Abstract

The purpose of this research is to establish the elements of knowledge that influence creativity in banana companies. To this end, a sample of 86 organizations affiliated with the Banana Association of the province of Los Ríos was selected. Companies producing fruit in Ecuador that contribute to high volumes of banana production are located in this geographical area. The quantitative-descriptive study allowed the results regarding the banana industry to be obtained, relating experiential learning in the formation of knowledge shared by banana agricultural workers when rotating in banana farms as part of their daily work. However, positive attitudes were found in workers' performance; new ideas are not promoted in this type of industry, so there is no direct relationship with knowledge.
