Abstract
In Latin America, organizational design and administrative management in the education sector face significant gaps, including insufficiently systematic methodologies and limited financial resources for the necessary adaptations. This study aimed to determine the importance of appropriate organizational design in Latin American regional education authorities between 2022 and 2024 through a systematic review of 50 scientific articles indexed in databases such as ScienceDirect and SciELO. The results confirm that organizational design is a key element that guides the implementation of administrative management and contributes to narrowing existing gaps in the education sector.
