Abstract

Since the beginning of mankind, communication has been fundamental to the relations between human beings (transmitter and receiver). If in this process of interrelation between two or more persons the transmission of the information is cut off, will depend on the type of communication that is taking place (Verbal or Non-Verbal), to apply different methods or strategies that enable them to restore the above-mentioned process. In this communication context there is a section, which are people who have physical or psychological conditions that prevents them from establishing a full-interrelation verbal communication and are called people with functional diversity (according to CONADIS), which are subdivided into two populations: people with disabilities and people with disorders of the autistic spectrum. This article makes an emphasis on this type of conditions among the children, focusing on the development of computer technology (ICT) as a methodological, strategic, educational support, for people with a total visual impediment combined with a autism spectrum disorder to reset the basic parameters in their relationship and achieve their inclusion in society; in this case, the tactile images issue.
