Abstract

Organizational justice is understood as the way in which workers perceive the management decisions of the organization. Perceptions of justice are cognitions that are generated from an assessment of events, situations and / or behaviors that manifest in the organizational environment. In this perspective, the article intends to analyze the determining factors of organizational justice and job satisfaction of public servants working in the Municipal (GAD) of Colonel Marcelino Maridueña. Its methodological approach is quantitative, starting from a descriptive exploratory level through a non-experimental-translational correlational design. The data was collected through an adapted instrument called the Colquitt Organizational Justice Scale and the descriptive Index of positions applied to a sample of 176 workers of the municipal entity. The results indicate that the different types of organizational justice affect and / or show a positive correlation with job satisfaction.
