Resumen
The present investigation is based on highlighting fundamental aspects of the functions organization manuals (MOF), their importance and the requirement of constant updating as the cornerstone of the administration and processes of the company. For the elaboration of the study, both physical and electronic sources were collected, which classifies the present investigation as a documentary type. The functions organization manuals are the written form of a planning that goes from the way in which the organization is structured through its human personnel, to the way in which each one will perform its functions, its limits, work environment, profile required and training.
One of the main variants in the current business world is given by the technological advances, under which, the administrative management has the challenge of staying updated and making use of the emerging tools that allow it to reach the proposed goals. In this sense, the challenge is given in turn for the manuals of organization of functions, since more and more companies are joining the automation of processes which leads to a constant reorganization of the manuals.
